As a Day Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities. This is a crucial role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for employees and visitors.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Wipe down breakroom and restock supplies Empty trash receptacles and replace liners for central trash stations Clean the whiteboard in the conference rooms Make sure chairs are pushed in and all extra chairs are off to the side in an organized manner Wipe down conference room tables Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed Follow established safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary EXPECTED RESULTS Consistently maintain breakroom and conference rooms cleaned and in an organized manner Efficiently address any cleaning challenges Effectively communicate issues, restoking of supplies and special client requests Adherence to all company policies and procedures Qualifications REQUIREMENTS Proven experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors Corporate Care
