Pay: $17 - $20 per hour (DOE)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 6 AM - 4:30 PM (Great opportunity for Overtime Wages!)

Join a cabinet manufacturing company that specializes in millwork, custom crown molding, and custom cabinetry as a Delivery Driver and Shop Helper in Salem, OR, and make an impact every day. As a Delivery Driver and Shop Helper, you'll play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring timely deliveries to our valued customers. You'll work closely with the production team to deliver results that make a difference.
What You'll Do: As a Delivery Driver and Shop Helper, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering custom cabinets to our clients with accuracy and care.
- Assisting in the shop with the production of custom residential cabinetry, commercial casework, and architectural millwork.
- Sanding, cleaning, and scraping parts to ensure high-quality finishes.
- Assembly of cabinets and building up countertop parts.
- Loading and unloading trucks to facilitate efficient deliveries.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace by sweeping and tidying the shop area.
What You'll Bring: The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- A valid driver's license and a good driving record for the past three years (mandatory).
- The ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds.
- Previous woodworking experience or a strong interest in woodworking is preferred.
- Physical capability to stoop, bend, and twist throughout your shift.
