Job Description

Newly remodeled hi-tech dental office is looking for a front desk receptionist / dental assistant. Candidate needs to have good commutation skills and a positive attitude and be a team player.

Responsibilities:

• Patient scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Checking online insurance eligibility/benefits.
• Treatment planning/presentation.
• Greeting and seating the patients.
• Setting up / breaking the room for each patient.
• Sterilization of the instruments.
• Chairside assistance.

Requirements:

• Sound knowledge of dental terminology.
• Working knowledge of general administrative practices.
• Good telephone etiquette.
• Exceptional organizational skills.

If you are an experienced Dental Assistant but do not have front desk experience, we will be happy to train you.
