DENTAL RECEPTIONIST - CHANDLER, AZ.

MUST HAVE DENTAL EXPERIENCE AND BI-LINGUAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH

MUST KNOW HOW TO USE DENTRIX ASCEND PROFICIENTIALLY 

We are a private dental practice located in the Chandler, Arizona area, seeking a Dental Front Office Receptionist to join our team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care in a welcoming environment.

Patient Care & Interaction

• Excellent customer service verbal skills over the phone and in person
• Welcome and greet patients with professionalism and warmth to ensure a positive experience.
• Manage appointment scheduling to maintain efficient patient flow.
• Confirm and follow up on appointments to improve patient retention.

Education & Experience

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience working in a dental office required.
• Proficiency in Dentrix Ascend practice management software is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

Skills & Attributes

• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Friendly, professional attitude with outstanding customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and front office processes.
• Team-oriented with a positive, can-do mindset.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
