Quantam Solutions provides IT solutions and consulting for various clients. We offer competitive hourly wages, health benefits, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan. We are currently seeking a Desktop Support Technician to work fully onsite at a client office in Fort Mitchell, KY.

We are looking for a knowledgeable technician with strong customer service skills and a background in desktop support. The ideal candidate will have at least one to two years of relevant experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift and carry heavy equipment or work in physically demanding positions when necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide in-person and remote support to agency users for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment in a Windows-based environment.
• Maintain professionalism and responsiveness in a customer-facing technical support role.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting and connectivity diagnostics.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, service requests, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with other support technicians and IT personnel to ensure seamless service delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in desktop support or related IT field.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows-based systems and hardware components.
• Basic knowledge of network connectivity and diagnostics.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically uncomfortable positions for extended periods.
