Development Accountant
A company in Columbia, MD is seeking a Development Accountant to handle financials for development, tenant improvements, and capital projects. The salary ranges from $65k to 85k commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities:
- Month-end close
- Journal entries
- Tenant billings, variance analysis, financial projections
- Invoices and vendor payments
- Prepare tax filings
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- 3-5 years of accounting experience with increased responsibility - Will consider recent grads with strong intern experience
- Proficiency using MS Office applications and ability to learn company software
- Experience with Yardi Voyager is a plus
