Job Description

Position Summary:

Perform food service tasks based on shift needs.

Essential Duties:

• Prepare and serve meal trays.
• Wash dishes and utensils.
• Operate the dishwasher and record temperatures.
• Prepare snacks and nourishments.
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen.
• Participate in the orientation and training of dietary staff.

Essential Duties and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food handler's certificate.
• Ability to read recipes and follow technical procedures.
• Problem-solving skills.

Physical Demands:

• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and walk frequently.
• Reach, push, and pull objects frequently.
