Awaken Services is a prominent parent company that oversees and manages several health and wellness supplement brands, including Naturewise, Smarter Nutrition, and U.S. Doctors Clinical. The company's mission is to provide high-quality, scientifically-backed products that promote overall well-being and support individuals in leading healthy lifestyles. Under the Awaken Services umbrella, each brand focuses on a specific niche within the health and wellness industry, catering to the diverse needs of customers. This position is fully in-house and there are NO remote options available.

Your Role’s Mission:

The Copywriter is responsible for writing all consumer-facing copy across the brand’s touchpoints including paid advertising, email/SMS, social media, blogs, Amazon listings, packaging, website, and more. This role reports to the Marketing Director and will partner closely with our remaining Marketing team. No remote

Your Responsibilities:

1. Bring our mission to life through engaging content that educates, entertains, motivates, compels consumers to purchase, brings joy and love for the brand

2. Ensure consistency of theme, message and brand voice across multiple content types while tailoring each piece of content per platform and for each brand

3. Support the refinement and deployment of our brand’s voice, with intention and channel in mind – and and pay critical attention to grammar, readability, style, and clarity

4. Write, edit, and proofread emails, product names and descriptions, landing pages, Amazon listings, social media captions/stories, subject lines/flows emails, and more

5. Assist in concepting and narrating marketing campaigns from brainstorm to launch

6. Work collaboratively with design, social, digital marketing, product, and logistics teams to create compelling, cohesive messages that drive the engagement and trust

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of experience in copywriting for digital communications and/or physical product development, bonus if for a Health/Wellness company
• CPG experience is a MUST
• Passionate about the health and wellness industry
• Successful track record of communicating educational, scientific information in an accessible and friendly manner
• This position is fully in-house and there are NO remote options available.

Pay Structure and Benefits:

• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K w/ 3% matching
• Location: Santa Ana, CA
• Bonuses: Company bonuses rewarded for all staff for achieving goals and milestones
