Qualifications: Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in graphic design, instructional design, visual arts, or a related field. Three (3) years of progressively more responsible experience in the design of digital content, one (1) year of which shall have been at a level requiring independent judgment or oversight. Knowledge of contemporary theory, techniques, software, and current equipment utilized in designing, developing, and delivering digital images, graphics, and animations.
