Qualifications: Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in graphic design, instructional design, visual arts, or a related field. Three (3) years of progressively more responsible experience in the design of digital content, one (1) year of which shall have been at a level requiring independent judgment or oversight. Knowledge of contemporary theory, techniques, software, and current equipment utilized in designing, developing, and delivering digital images, graphics, and animations. Knowledge of audio and video technologies. Familiarity with multiple graphic editing software suites. Ability to manage resources to meet demands and time schedules.
