OVERVIEW

Experiences For Mankind is looking for a Digital Graphic Designer to contribute to our creative team. The right candidate will be committed to creating strategic, on-brand solutions within budget and timelines. We are looking for someone with great communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and technical know-how that can work collaboratively within a small team.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

This is a Senior-level, contract position

• Outstanding technical proficiency with prototyping software (Adobe XD, Figma or comparable) and Adobe's Creative Cloud suite.
• Strong understanding of principles, limitations and production requirements when designing responsive web experiences and digital marketing campaigns including websites, apps, emails, display ads, and social media creative
• Solid knowledge of other creative software, techniques, trends, and applicable resources to produce on-brand, successful visual solutions for digital design
• Candidate will be expected to be available for collaboration with internal and external teams from 9AM-6PM PST
• While availability onsite is not required, some in-office collaboration as needed is preferred

Please note: submissions without work samples (website, online pdf, or otherwise) will not be considered ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Plan, design and create impactful creative from concept to completion Confidently apply knowledge of digital production processes, including wireframing, design, and prototyping for responsive websites, asset creation for optimal visual clarity at various breakpoints, file management best practices, file/asset preparation for handoff to developers, and QA of digital projects through development process to final output Assist account team to manage flow of daily workload and resolution of design, timeline, or production issues. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Associate or bachelor's degree in art or graphic design, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience At least 4 years of agency, in-house or freelance design experience Digital design/production experience are required. Video/animation experience is a plus Must present a portfolio of digital work samples
