Effct.org is a mission-driven digital agency that provides strategic consulting, content creation, and advertising campaign management. Our mission is to help outstanding organizations, candidates, and initiatives positively transform their communities. We help tackle some of the most pressing issues our world faces including public health, voting reform, climate change, economic inequality, and pandemics, amongst others.

We are looking for an intern to join the Effct.org team for an 8-week internship in the summer of 2025. This position will be at least 20 hours per week, based in our Downtown Denver office, and pay $20/hour. 

Responsibilities

• Draft pieces of engaging, beautiful, and effective creative content for clients 
• Stay up-to-date on the trends and best practices in digital advertising
• Conduct research on potential clients, products, and best practices 
• Support social media management efforts 
• Support team to onboard digital clients

You would be an ideal candidate if you:

• Are passionate about making a difference at the micro and macro level
• Are eager to learn all of the inner workings of a digital agency 
• Are agile and able to shift between different projects with ease
• Are self-motivated and open to learning new things
• Have great organizational skills using Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides
• Have created unique content for Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube
• Have experience with graphic design, copywriting (captioning social posts), and/or video editing.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Have a great sense of humor
