Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist at KORINY USA, located in New York, NY. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing social media campaigns, developing digital marketing strategies, analyzing web traffic data, and executing online marketing initiatives. The role also involves regular communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing
• Proficient in ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Experience with Web Analytics
• Skills in Online Marketing
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and on-site
• Experience in real estate marketing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies to improve search visibility
• Create and manage content for social media
• Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights
• Manage CRM tools and marketing automation platforms

• SEO/SEM 전략 수립 및 실행을 통한 검색 가시성 개선
• 소셜 미디어 콘텐츠 기획 및 운영
• 마케팅 성과 분석 및 인사이트 도출
• 팀과 협업하여 마케팅 전략 수립
• CRM 및 마케팅 자동화 툴 관리

• 소셜 미디어 마케팅 및 디지털 마케팅에 대한 이해와 실무 경험
• Google Ads, Meta Ads 등 광고 플랫폼 운영 능력
• 웹 분석 툴 사용 경험
• 온라인 마케팅에 대한 기본 지식 및 실행 능력
• 뛰어난 커뮤니케이션 및 협업 능력
