If you are looking for a career path, this position is for you! Full Time Hours * The schedule for the position we are looking to fill is for NOC/Overnight shifts. Please be sure that this type of schedule works for you before applying. Qualifications:

Have a background in caregiving and/or the intellectual or developmental disability (IDD) community (6mo preferred)
CNA's, Social Workers are encouraged to apply
Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED

Requirements:

Have first Aid/CPR Certification (We can help set this up as needed)
Pass a criminal background check
DSP and or equivalent caregiver experience (6months)
COVID-19 Vaccinated

Preferences:

Oregon Intervention System (OIS) Certification
American Sign Language (ASL)
Has reliable transportation and able to drive the client to/from outings
Have a strong understanding of routine and maintain boundaries

Process:

Interview (In person/Zoom) candidates who meet our requirements and are a good fit will get contract offers on the spot
Paired with a family/client based on location, availability, and preferences

Job Types: Full Time Wage: $23.16 per hour Schedule:

10 hour shift
12 hour shift
8 hour shift
Holidays
Monday to Friday
Night shift
Weekend availability

Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification:

Driver's License (Required)
CNA (Preferred)
