Direct Support Professional
Chileda's mission is to improve the quality of life for individuals with cognitive and behavior challenges. Chileda's goal is to help students increase their appropriate social behaviors and develop independent living skills through an enriched learning environment and individualized behavior programming. We are now accepting applications for Direct Support Professionals.
Summary:
Our Direct Support Professionals Improve the Quality of Life for the students we serve. You help them by playing with them and engaging in recreational activities, community outings and with a lot of imagination. Working with our students is not a job, it's an opportunity to help truly change lives! No prior experience is required and all training is company paid! At Chileda you'll find supportive co-workers who are there to help you out when you need a hand and you'll find a great company culture of teamwork. We also have great staffing ratios, you'll work with 2 or just 1 student.
Status Info:
We offer Part Time and Full Time positions on 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift to support your best life. Full time positions come with Chileda's generous benefits plan. Positions start at $20.00/hr. with differentials for weekends and 3rd shift.
