At Havar Inc., we wholeheartedly recognize your expertise and unwavering commitment. That's why we offer a competitive wage of $15.00 hourly, ( Paid sleep shifts also available at a blended rate.) As an added bonus, there's an opportunity for a 50-cent increase after just 90 days of employment plus an additional sign-on bonus at 90 and 180 days for full-time positions. YOUR DAY
As an Entry-level Healthcare Professional - DSP, you play a vital role in providing close support to individuals, ensuring their well-being, and empowering them to live fulfilling lives. You'll review support plans, assist with personal care tasks, and foster a positive environment through engaging activities. Based on needs of the individual employee may be required to assist with; cleaning, transportation, personal hygiene, shopping, cooking, Any duties outlined in the individual's plan.
By making a genuine impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities, you help them achieve their goals and find happiness. This rewarding role brings you a sense of accomplishment as you actively contribute to positive change.
YOUR HOURS
These part-time or full-time direct support professionals have several flexible schedules. The most in-demand schedules are evenings, overnights and weekends.
Minimum Qualifications:
-Must be 18 years of age or older
-Have High School Diploma/GED
-Valid Ohio Drivers' license and good driving record (less than 6 points)
- Current auto insurance
-Satisfactory background check
-Satisfactory drug test
-Complete certification requirements of regulatory or licensing agencies as necessary
-Be eligible for employment in the United States
-Possess Clear and supportive communication skills
