Job Details - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in benefits, compensation, and HRIS management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of benefits administration, compensation practices, and HRIS technologies. (UKG, Ultipro or Kronos experience is required)
- Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations (e.g., ERISA, FLSA, ACA).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Servant leadership management style.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- PHR, SPHR, or related professional certification preferred.
