Job Details
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in benefits, compensation, and HRIS management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of benefits administration, compensation practices, and HRIS technologies. (UKG, Ultipro or Kronos experience is required)
Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations (e.g., ERISA, FLSA, ACA).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Servant leadership management style.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
PHR, SPHR, or related professional certification preferred.
