How you will make an impact:
Join our team as a Director of Dementia Care, where every resident is treated with dignity and care. If you are passionate about developing and implementing exceptional programs for residents, we would love to meet you. We are looking for a motivated and customer-orientated individual to become the primary program developer and implementer for our Memory Care. In this position, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our programming as well as resident and family satisfaction.

This is a full-time position Monday - Friday, with day-time hours and occasional weekends and evenings as needed. 

What you will need:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in geriatrics 
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals who have Alzheimer's or Dementia
  • Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
