DIRECTOR OF MARKETING
Job Description
ISI® Elite Training is one of the nation’s fastest growing boutique fitness franchise brands in America. The ISI® Marketing Team (Relentless Brands Inc.) is looking for a Director of Marketing to lead the organization’s marketing efforts. This primarily involves developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the company’s market presence and magnify the brand's “voice” to spread the mission through the nation. The Director of Marketing is an effective cross-functional leader and communicator among multiple stakeholders including Franchisee, internal department leaders, Facility Leaders, and members. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for people, fitness and the ability to employ unique marketing techniques. They will be a skilled marketing strategist and able to drive creativity and enthusiasm in others. The goal is to increase the company’s market share and maximize revenues in order to thrive in a rapidly growing competitive industry.
