Job Description

Russell Tobin is seeking a Pharmacovigilance (PV) Systems Solutions & Innovations Associate for a Leading Biotech Company.

The PV Systems Solutions & Innovations Associate provides operational support to the US Patient Safety Clinical and Vendor Oversight teams. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with pharmacovigilance (PV) activities, overseeing case processing, and supporting study management, vendor oversight, and operational activities under the guidance of the Senior Manager, PV Systems Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) and ensure compliance with global processes.
• Coordinate case processing, track metrics, and assist in root cause analysis for non-compliance.
• Support vendor onboarding, oversight, and compliance for outsourced PV activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure PV operational integrity.
• Assist with the management and review of Market Research Patient (MAP) support programs.
• Oversee activity classification requests and promotional material reviews.
• Support project management, process improvements, and audit activities.
• Develop and implement training for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or 5-10 years of PV experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, and project management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Competencies:

• Strong business and PV expertise.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently.
