Customer Care
This role will act as a liaison between our valued customers and the company. This role will provide real-time support during online sales as well as post-sales support for our online clientele.
Respond to customer inquiries with accurate, friendly, and timely support
Resolve issues related to orders, returns, and payments
Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback into our customer database system
Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer and internal department interactions
Escalate to appropriate department when necessary
Support eCommerce operations by troubleshooting orders and platform-related issues
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Perform additional duties as assigned
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years customer service or administrative experience
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Experience with eCommerce platforms and online ordering systems
Excellent verbal and written communication including strong phone, and active listening skills
Team-oriented with a strong sense of discretion and professionalism
Skilled in multitasking, prioritizing, and time management
Ability to adapt to diverse customer personalities and resolve issues efficiently
