Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated eCommerce Specialist to join our dynamic team and lead the launch and ongoing management of our eCommerce stores. This is a unique opportunity to build an e-commerce presence from the ground up, taking full ownership of the process from setup to execution. You will be the sole e-commerce expert in our company, responsible for the full lifecycle of our Amazon operations.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the sales and design teams to align product strategies, marketing plans, and visual content with business goals. While this is an individual contributor role to start, there is strong potential for team expansion as the e-commerce business grows. The right candidate will have the opportunity to build and lead their own team in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Store Setup & Management
    • Establish and manage our Amazon seller account and own-brand eCommerce website from the ground up.
    • Set up all necessary backend configurations, store policies, and operational procedures.
  • Product Listings & Optimization
    • Create, publish, and continuously optimize product listings including content, keywords, and imagery.
    • Monitor competitor listings and stay up to date with Amazon best practices.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with the sales team to understand product positioning, target markets, and sales strategies.
    • Coordinate with the design team to develop compelling product images, A+ content, and brand-aligned visuals.
  • Inventory & Order Management
    • Coordinate inventory flow and restocking in alignment with demand forecasts.
    • Monitor order performance, handle returns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Marketing & Promotions
    • Assist in coordinating Amazon advertising campaigns (PPC, sponsored products, deals, etc.) with external or internal resources when needed.
    • Analyze ad and sales performance, adjusting strategy to improve ROI and visibility.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting
    • Track store analytics, performance metrics, and KPIs.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to management for decision-making.

Skills and Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, preferably with Amazon.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently launch and manage an online store.
  • Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, keyword research, and product listing optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with performance data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Willingness to work on-site and coordinate cross-functionally.
  • Leadership potential and interest in team development is a plus.
