The ideal candidate should possess relevant industry affiliations and excellent counseling, writing, and hands-on litigation skills. Prior labor and employment experience would be a valuable asset. Duties: Conduct legal research related to eDiscovery and provide strategic advice to clients. Manage and oversee the entire eDiscovery process, including data collection, processing, review, and production. Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with eDiscovery protocols and deadlines. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses. Participate in negotiations, mediation, and court proceedings as required. Stay updated on industry trends, legal developments, and emerging technologies in eDiscovery. Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active and in good standing membership with the State Bar. 3-5 years of proven experience in eDiscovery within a legal setting. Strong understanding of relevant laws, rules, and regulations governing eDiscovery. Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
