Duties: Conduct legal research related to eDiscovery and provide strategic advice to clients. Manage and oversee the entire eDiscovery process, including data collection, processing, review, and production. Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with eDiscovery protocols and deadlines. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses. Participate in negotiations, mediation, and court proceedings as required. Stay updated on industry trends, legal developments, and emerging technologies in eDiscovery.
