The Consultant works with the Director of Consulting Services and team to successfully support and/or oversee complex eDiscovery matters with a strong emphasis on problem solving and data analysis. Works to identify opportunities for improvement of efficiencies and accuracy on e-Discovery and other technical matters. Advise clients on best practices and technical execution of complex workflows. Description: Analyze electronic data sets to identify trends, patterns and important information for litigation cases Work with clients and Project Managers to proactively create efficient workflows and strategies through the life cycle of the case Perform TAR (Technology Assisted Review) execution and analysis to efficiently identify relevant electronic data in large datasets for legal cases Utilize Relativity and Brainspace, industry-standard eDiscovery software platforms to perform data analysis Be available to answer client questions and provide training on eDiscovery tools and perform various administrative functions to meet clients’ needs Monitor multiple projects and jobs to ensure deadlines are met Design custom event handlers, Applications and Relativity Scripts to improve workflow Develop and utilize strong analytical skills to research potential solutions and determine appropriate course of action Ensure jobs are completed according to client, and industry standards, and that job specifications and deadlines are met Work on Second Requests, which are detailed investigations performed by regulatory agencies for mergers and acquisitions, and help clients comply with complex requests Maintain accurate and detailed records of all eDiscovery processes and procedures, and prepare reports for clients and management as needed Who We Are Looking For: Required Skills Knowledge of MS Office applications Available by phone or email when out of the office as needed Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Must be a high-level problem solver and have high multi-tasking skills Detail oriented, proactive and organized Available to work overtime, including evenings and weekends as needed Required experience and qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or Relevant Experience At least 3 years of experience of eDiscovery and technical experience; vendor preferred Experience with review databases, data analytics and processing applications Desired Skills and experience Ability to create scripts in SQL Experience with predictive coding, both execution and guiding client Where Your Career Is Going: At TransPerfect, there are a lot of growth opportunities.
