Our customer base is rapidly growing, and we are looking for an eDiscovery specialist who can work with our clients to aid and ensure their successful use of Syllo. As an eDiscovery specialist, you will work with the executive team to understand and meet client requests and assist clients in a variety of ways to help them meet their litigation goals.
Hiring Timeline: Immediate
Responsibilities:
· Assist clients with GenAI document review projects and other client-requested tasks related to the Syllo workspace with primary focus on the eDiscovery application
· Manage data ingestions to Syllo, productions from Syllo, data reporting (including search term hit reports), data inventory, and data deletion workflows
· Answer questions from clients concerning the proper use of Syllo
· Manage and document calls involving the clients
· Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and strategies for customer deliverables
· Interface with Engineering Department related to certain eDiscovery-related workflows
· Work with other members of the product success team to develop, draft, and update internal documentation about the use of the Syllo product
· Provide product feedback, including design feedback and/or proposals, to Product Department
· Collaborate with the CEO and other members of the executive team to draft and publish resources on the use of AI in litigation
Qualifications:

· 4+ years experience as an eDiscovery professional
· Knowledge of eDiscovery best practices and industry standards
· Strong understanding and experience in all stages of the EDRM, in particular collection, processing, review, and production
· Experience collaborating across various departments
· Experience with customer service would be ideal

This position can be performed remotely or be based in New York City. Compensation will be negotiated combination of salary and equity based on your qualifications and experience, with a salary range of $120,000 - $160,000, although higher salaries may be available for individuals with experience that goes significantly beyond the qualifications above.
