ob Summary:
We are seeking an experienced EDM Sinker/RAM to join our team. As an EDM Sinker/RAM, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining electrical discharge machines (EDM) to create precision parts and components. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- 1-3+ years’ experience operating on Belmont MaxiCut EDM machines and Makino SNC106 graphite machines
- Set up and operate EDM machines to perform tasks such as drilling, cutting, and shaping metal parts
- Must have experience with EDM sinker, Sodick and Exeron.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to determine specifications
- Perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet required standards
- Safely operate overhead cranes and forklifts to move materials and equipment
- Maintain and troubleshoot EDM machines to ensure optimal performance
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Experience operating EDM machines is required
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and work orders
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections
- Forklift certification is a plus

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
