Our client, a world-leading medical device company focused on improving lives through innovative, consumer-centered solutions is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist With a global presence spanning 30 countries, this is your chance to join an industry trailblazer making a difference every day. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you'll help create and organize email campaigns for different brands and business units.

Location: Bridgeport, CT

Term: Contract (6 months)

Pay: 40-45/hr.

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for managing marketing automation and email strategies for our entire portfolio. A basic understanding of email marketing, web technologies, and CMS is required.

Working under the Email Marketing Manager, you’ll create email campaigns focused on customer engagement and conversion. You’ll handle tasks like sending test emails, coordinating approvals, and deploying emails based on the content calendar.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with stakeholders to create content that supports marketing strategies.
  • Send emails, coordinate revisions, and make final edits before approval.
  • Check that all content, images, and links in emails are accurate and work correctly.
  • Import, organize, and segment email lists to target the right audience.
  • Schedule and deploy email campaigns.
  • Implement automation plans with clear goals, ensuring cross-functional support and tracking data.
  • Maintain a monthly editorial calendar with product launches, campaigns, seasonal themes, and events.
  • Track campaign performance, including benchmarks, ROI, open rates, click-through rates, and more.
  • Ensure high deliverability and maintain a strong domain/IP reputation.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in email marketing.
  • At least 2 years of experience with HubSpot; experience with both HubSpot and Marketo is preferred.
  • Must have experience with HTML-coded emails.
  • Experience building and sending emails using an ESP and online editing tools.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools like CRM, marketing automation, and analytics.
  • Ability to bring together different content and processes across teams.
  • Experience creating and running email campaigns.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, both analytical and conceptual.
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with different teams to create segments, flows, and templates.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, business peers, and team members.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global team setting.
