🩺 Position Overview:

As a Clinical Endocrinologist at HH&WC, you’ll deliver personalized, comprehensive endocrine care in a supportive, team-based setting. You’ll have the freedom to practice traditional and progressive medicine while helping shape the future of endocrine health in our region.

✅ Qualifications:

• MD or DO with completion of an Endocrinology Fellowship
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
• Eligible for medical licensure in Wyoming
• DEA certification (or ability to obtain)
• Commitment to patient-centered, forward-thinking care
• Must be willing to relocate to Gillette, WY – this is not a travel or remote position

💼 Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $350,000–$400,000 (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: $100,000
• Relocation Assistance – We’ll help make your move smooth
• Health Insurance: Employer-paid with low deductibles
• Additional Coverage: Life, disability, accident, cancer, hospital indemnity
• 401(k): With 6% employer match
• PTO: 6 weeks + 6 paid holidays + 7 sick days
• CME: $5,000 and 5 days per year
• Malpractice Insurance: Full coverage ($1M/$3M)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
