Job Description

You will be responsible for helping players resolve their issues and continue enjoying the game that they love. As a customer support representative, your duties will include but not be limited to:

Communicating effectively with players via ticket system and social platforms;
Promptly responding to in-game tickets, managing and collecting player feedback, complaints, concerns, etc;
Handling player-reported issues with a focus on providing solutions, positive interactions and follow-up;
Proofreading Chinese Traditional for (Including but not limited to operational activities, in-game texts and advertising texts);
Establishing and maintaining good relationships across teams and departments.
