Design & Build – Prototype and launch MVPs to rapidly test traction, retention, and growth potential. Shape the Venture – Craft the business model, define go-to-market strategy, and recruit your founding team. Operate Relentlessly – Drive execution from zero to one — iterate, launch, learn, and scale. Lead the Spinout – Graduate your concept into an independent company, with the opportunity to become its Founding CEO.
