As an Entrepreneur in Residence , you’ll work side-by-side with our founding team to identify, validate, and launch the next global venture — backed by the capital, infrastructure, and network of Base360.ai. You bring the entrepreneurial drive; we provide the launch platform. What You’ll Do Identify Opportunities – Partner with Base360.ai’s leadership to uncover high-potential ideas in the AI, automation, and intelligent systems space. Validate Markets – Lead research, interviews, and early testing to identify real-world pain points and market gaps. Design & Build – Prototype and launch MVPs to rapidly test traction, retention, and growth potential. Shape the Venture – Craft the business model, define go-to-market strategy, and recruit your founding team. Operate Relentlessly – Drive execution from zero to one — iterate, launch, learn, and scale. Lead the Spinout – Graduate your concept into an independent company, with the opportunity to become its Founding CEO. Collaborate Closely – Work with Base360.ai’s in-house AI, engineering, product, design, and growth teams to accelerate development and market fit. What You Bring Proven experience as a founder, co-founder, or senior operator in a high-growth startup. Deep curiosity about AI, automation, and emerging technologies. Strong product and market intuition — you understand users, markets, and timing. Track record of shipping fast, learning quickly, and leading with conviction. Ability to operate from zero to one — strategy, product, fundraising, and operations. A builder’s mindset — ambitious, hands-on, and unafraid to take ownership.
