Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Agent to join our dynamic team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their careers in communications, public relations, or customer service. As an Entry Level Communications Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers, representing our brand with professionalism and courtesy.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
• Assist in developing communication materials, including newsletters and social media posts.
• Support the execution of internal and external communication strategies.
• Maintain customer records and interactions in our database.
• Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction..

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of social media platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and patience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Salary & Benefits

• Pay range: $18.00 – $28.00 per hour, depending on experience.
