Pattern Promotions We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and supporting promotional campaigns. This role provides an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a fast-paced environment. 

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and advertisements
• Support event planning, trade shows, and product launches
• Maintain and update marketing databases and materials
• Assist in analyzing campaign performance and providing recommendations for improvement
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals
• Manage administrative tasks related to marketing activities

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
