We are a non union mechanical insulation contractor that specializes in insulating plumbing, HVAC ductwork, steam pressure systems, chilled water systems, etc. We insulate anything related to mechanical systems and our job is to save thermal energy and be the most efficient on every project. Our workload area ranges all over Southeastern Wisconsin. On the job training for right candidate to acquire all the skills they will need to become successful in this trade.

Job Responsibilities:

- Insulate vessels, boilers, steam pipes, HVAC ductwork, cold and hot water pipes to prevent the wasteful loss of heat or cold and prevent burns.
- Measure and cut insulation for covering surfaces, using tape measures, handsaws, knives, and scissors.
- Fit insulation around obstructions, and shape insulating materials and protective coverings as required.
- Determine the amounts and types of insulation needed, and methods of installation, based on factors such as location, surface shape, and equipment use.
- Working off of step ladders between 4-12ft, extension ladders, and lifts of all types (scissors lift, boom lift, etc.)

Skills and qualifications:

- High School or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable source of transportation to and from Jobsites
- Use of Common hand tools and power tools (knives, scissors, tape measure, drills, etc.)
- Able to work in tight spaces, crawl spaces, hot and cold environments
- Able to take direction from leadership

90 day probationary period, review done after 90 days
FULL TIME (40 HRS A WEEK)
