ProCare Rx is currently seeking an entry-level Proposal Writer. Recent Grads strongly encouraged to apply! The Request for Proposal Writer is responsible for authoring, proofreading, and editing RFPs, general company documents, and sales information.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

• Author, proofread, and edit document content, checking for consistency, clarity, accuracy, and compliance with the requirements of the RFP.
• Assist in managing the RFP process from inception to delivery.
• Coordinate with multiple departments, including Sales, Account Management, Implementation, etc. to ensure timely completion of RFP deliverables.
• Communicate with potential clients to assure RFP responses directly align with the clients’ goals and objectives.
• Coordinate scheduling with RFP and Marketing team for fluid workflow.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Ability to work effectively under very tight deadlines and schedules.
• Work as a team player to accomplish company goals.
• Possess excellent writing and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Mastery of Word (table of contents, tabs, spacing, borders, pictures, tables, headers/footers, etc.).

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or Journalism preferred.
• Experience with Upland Qvidian preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Requires sitting, standing, and occasional light to medium lifting.
