Job tenure will be considered. Preference for long-term tenure in a hospital setting. Requirements: Healthcare experience working in a lab, either as an Epic user or supporting Epic, specifically within Beaker. Experience with Epic end-to-end implementations. Experience with device integrations. If fully remote, must be Epic certified in Beaker. Additional Notes: These Epic analysts should be involved in end-to-end implementation work, not just help desk ticketing or on-call support. Preference for experience across multiple client sites. Support core Epic clinical applications to enable cost-effective, high-quality, efficient, and safe patient care. Responsibilities include implementing, administering, and supporting clinical systems, understanding applications, ancillary systems, and health system operations. Address issues and design decisions of moderate to high complexity, and communicate complex concepts clearly. Coordinate support with other IT teams, implement changes per documented procedures, and provide solutions for work orders, trouble tickets, and projects.
