Job Summary

We are seeking an Equipment Readiness Associate to support the timely delivery and preparation of equipment in alignment with operational demands. This role is essential to improving asset reliability, enhancing equipment utilization and efficiency, and contributing to reduced cost of service delivery (CoSD). The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

 

Job Description

  • Assist in the preparation and final readiness of surface and downhole equipment
  • Perform non-invasive maintenance and execute assigned work orders through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  • Organize documentation for calibrations, inspections, function tests, and material certifications
  • Stage equipment and spares for shipment and assist with loading/unloading trucks using a sit-down forklift
  • Receive and inspect returned equipment from logistics
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing CoSD, and optimizing asset usage
  • Ensure compliance with internal maintenance and quality standards
  • Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00–5:00 PM Monday - Friday, weekends as needed

Pay Rate

  • $24 per hour and higher depending on experience

  • Sitd own forklift (Training provided)
  • PPE provided includes hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, coveralls, and safety boots
