Event Coordination: Orchestrate all the moving parts of our eventsfrom suppliers and vendors to designers and volunteersensuring every detail aligns for a seamless execution. 2. Marketing: Lead the charge in promoting events through email campaigns and social media. Manage a robust content calendar and design compelling, on-brand content that engages our audience before, during, and after events. 3. Operations: Develop and implement systems and technologies to scale our event operations efficiently across the US (starting with Austin). Optimize processes to ensure were operating like a well-oiled machine. 4. Project Management: Oversee resourcesfrom designers to interns, contractors, and partnersto manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Serve as the ultimate taskmaster, ensuring every team member knows what needs to be done and when. 5. Special Projects: Be the go-to for high-impact initiatives across our wellness, performance, and brand verticals. Act as an extension of our leadership teama stellar project manager who can lead and execute with precision. Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying on track and within budget. Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Notion, or similar platforms.
