Event Marketing Manager

Location: Flexible/Remote

Compensation: $80,000–$95,000 per year

What You’ll Do

Experiential & Event Marketing

  • Strategize, plan, and execute brand events across the US, from tentpole conferences, to tradeshow activations, always delivering an industry-defining experience.
  • Concept and manage event visual identity, including booth buildouts, supportive collateral, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless journeys across every touchpoint.
  • Build, nurture, and negotiate relationships with top-tier vendors and partners
  • Direct end-to-end logistics: lead the event team with staffing, logistics, run-of-show, and real-time problem-solving, ensuring flawless execution at every event.
  • Lead webinar live hosting: moderating sessions where applicable, managing participants and curating an inclusive, dynamic experience.
  • Collaborate with Lifesight’s regional and global teams, sharing insights and best practices to drive unified and impactful events.

Community, Partnerships & Brand Experiences

  • Support Lifesight-led community events (panels, workshops, brunches) that fuel engagement and education.
  • Oversee RSVP management, guest communications, run-of-show, and troubleshooting during live activations.
  • Coordinate closely with PR, lifecycle and social teams to maximize high-value content capture and influencer engagement for brand amplification.
  • Deliver ‘surprise & delight’ experiences for VIPs, top customers and partners, consistency nurturing brand advocacy.

What You’ll Bring

  • 4–6 years of experience in experiential, brand, or event marketing—measurement, ecommerce or ad tech experience highly preferred.
  • Proven record of culture-building, customer-activating events 
  • Excellence in vendor and logistical management, multitasking, and rapid real-time problem resolution.
  • Exceptional communication, live hosting, and English-language writing/editing skills.
  • Comfort thriving in a high-touch, fast-paced, innovative environment—occasional weekend hours and travel required.
  • Passion for leveraging data, innovation, and continuous learning—embodying the Lifesight spirit of curiosity, collaboration, and excellence.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with design or creative direction.
  • Background in partnership activations
  • Familiarity with multi-regional events, digital/live hybrid activations, and modern marketing measurement tools.
