**About the Role**

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in orchestrating high-impact marketing events from concept to completion. You'll leverage your strategic vision and operational expertise to deliver exceptional customer experiences, analyze performance, and continuously innovate. Your work will directly contribute to key marketing campaigns, enhancing brand visibility and engagement across diverse audiences.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Own the end-to-end production management of a diverse portfolio of events, including meticulous pre-production logistics planning, seamless onsite execution, and comprehensive post-event wrap-up.

* Drive creative ideation for experiential activations and innovative customer engagement strategies.

* Develop robust project plans, diligently managing deliverables and timelines to ensure successful event execution.

* Implement rigorous tracking, collection, and reporting of event metrics, conducting thorough analysis to measure effectiveness and propose year-over-year improvement recommendations.

* Foster strong collaboration and communication with internal cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and flawless execution of event deliverables.

* Strategically partner with 3rd party event agencies, providing clear guidance to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of program components.

**Must-Have Qualifications**


* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.

* 5-7+ years of professional, non-internship experience in marketing event management.

* Proven experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.

* Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to measure impact, analyze performance, and drive continuous improvements.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.

* Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, and to work across different time zones as required.

* Experience in developing and managing digital marketing projects, including event invitations, landing pages, online banners, event registration systems, and email copy.

* Strong interpersonal skills, with a track record of building effective relationships with team members, stakeholders, vendors, and partners.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

* Experience with email coordination, event coordination, and experiential event production.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications**

* 4+ years of experience in developing event-specific messaging and audience acquisition plans.

* Background within the technology industry or with a global consumer brand.

* Experience in the advertising industry, particularly online advertising.

* Adept at managing multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

* Ability to simplify complex processes, creating internal and external efficiencies.

* Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously.

* Experience with external agency management.

* Experience in creative production.
