To be considered, your resume should reflect at least 7 years of executive assistant or senior-level admin assistant experience to one or more executives. At least 4 years of experience of calendar management, coordinating meetings, appointments and schedules for executive-level staff is also required. You must speak and write fluent English and French to native standards.
