About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Executive Director to drive our mission of advancing justice and equity for Asian American, Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander, and Arab, Middle Eastern, Muslim, and South Asian communities. You will collaborate closely with the Board and senior leadership team to develop and implement a strategic plan that delivers on our mission. A demonstrated track record in effective management, team building, financial stewardship, and a commitment to fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging is essential. You will elevate the voices of marginalized communities and ensure that our work is rooted in the principles of safety, dignity, and freedom for all.
