About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Executive Director to drive our mission of advancing justice and equity for Asian American, Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander, and Arab, Middle Eastern, Muslim, and South Asian communities. The ideal candidate will be an inspirational leader dedicated to social justice and skilled in aligning diverse stakeholders toward common goals. This role is critical in shaping the organization’s strategic vision, particularly as we approach the 2024 election cycle and work towards long-term impact.
The Executive Director will lead our efforts to advance racial equity, immigrant justice, and voting rights in Georgia. You will collaborate closely with the Board and senior leadership team to develop and implement a strategic plan that delivers on our mission. A demonstrated track record in effective management, team building, financial stewardship, and a commitment to fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging is essential. You will elevate the voices of marginalized communities and ensure that our work is rooted in the principles of safety, dignity, and freedom for all.
