Note: Signing Bonus amount will be based on the level of VW technical experience.

About You: You must be looked upon as one of the best at what you do. Are you the Volkswagen technician that all the others come to? Do you look at a vehicle you have performed repairs on as a reflection of yourself? Is it important to you that when a client picks up their vehicle after a service visit they have comfort their vehicle was serviced properly?
