Company Description Job Description JOB DETAILS Base Pay starts at $21.50 per hour Shift: Day Shift, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Extrusion Operators visually inspects extruded product for consistent appearance and length according to defined standards.
- Associate ensures product consistency and standards including but not limited to proper counts, packing patterns, and labels
- Associate maintains paperwork as required
- Performs online quality inspections
- Operates packaging equipment

Qualifications - Must be able to read a tape measure
- Related machine operation experience
- Be able to stand and work on your feet for 12-hour shifts, and bend and lift
- Basic Math skills
- Ability to read English and quality test product
- Must be able to read a tape measure to the 16th of an inch
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment to meet goals and quality standards
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to understand and follow safety polices.
- No experience required. Manufacturing and Extrusion experience highly preferred

The US base pay range for this full-time position is $20.50 per hour to $21.50 per hour + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
