What will you do in this job?

• Welcome customers and help determine orders
• Placing orders on the POS system – both from the guest on site of you and over the phone
• Accept cash and return correct change
• Handle credit cards for payment
• Tally money in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each work shift
• Respond to customers inquiries, issue receipts, and handle guest issues
• Produce high-quality hot and cold foods based on recipes developed by the Chef and Executive Chef
• Organize prep station, cold line and hotline to ensure smooth and efficient flow
• Ensures cooking stations are sanitized and prepped with necessary tools
• Prepares and stores pizza dough
• Prepares sauces
• Checks quality of pizza before they’re served to guests
• Makes sure the kitchen is clean and sanitized
• Food storage in keeping with state and federal regulations for food safety
• Maintain effective communication with culinary team mates and management team
• Assist other team members where necessary
• Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties
• Ability to drive; must have a clean driving record – pizza location offers delivered pizza

What skills and experience do you need for this job?

• Kitchen experience preferred; however we are happy to train!
• Work-ethic and commitment to the team and guest is key
• Ability to manager time and organizational skills
• Be willing and able to work solo or as part of a team
• Be committed to Safety First and the highest quality of cleaning & sanitizing standards
• Be organized with a great eye for detail
• Be kind to others and always bring your best
• Be a good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutions
