Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated, experienced attorney to join our growing law firm.
Key responsibilities include:
- Meeting with clients and developing case strategies
- Attending court appearances and drafting legal documents
- Managing billing and generating new cases
- Traveling to surrounding counties as needed
- Delegating work to paralegals and legal assistants
- Mentoring and supporting the team
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Active member of the North Carolina State Bar (good standing)
- 2+ years of legal experience, preferably in family law
- Strong communication, research, and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage cases
- Positive attitude, organized, and detail-oriented
- Team player with a client-focused mindset
