Are you a seasoned Family Law Attorney with a passion for championing the rights of families? We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and highly skilled Family Law Attorney to join our esteemed legal team. This is a permanent position that will involve representing clients in all stages of family law cases, including divorce, paternity, and adoption. The ideal candidate will have a strong litigation/trial background, a commitment to ethical and empathetic legal care, and a knack for handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion. It's a challenging role that requires a high level of organization and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

As a Family Law Attorney, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Represent clients in all stages of family law cases, including but not limited to divorce, paternity, and adoption.
2. Utilize your strong litigation/trial experience to advocate for clients in court.
3. Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials as required.
4. Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
5. Manage multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring each case receives the attention and care it deserves.
6. Provide compassionate, ethical, and empathetic legal care to all clients, understanding that each case is unique and deeply personal.
7. Maintain excellent written and verbal communication with clients, the court, and other legal professionals.
8. Stay updated on current laws and regulations within the family law field.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Family Law Attorney position will have the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to the State Bar and in good standing.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in family law.
4. Proven litigation/trial experience.
5. Experience attending hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple cases at once.
8. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
9. Demonstrated commitment to providing compassionate, ethical, and empathetic legal care to clients.
10. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
