Pay Range: $75K/yr - $120K/yr + Bonus

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our growing law firm in Charlotte, NC. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client consultations, assess cases, and develop legal strategies.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediations.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements.
• Meet billing requirements and contribute to case generation.
• Travel to surrounding counties as needed for court appearances.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to paralegals and legal assistants.
• Mentor and support junior team members.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Licensed Attorney: Must be an active member in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years practicing law, preferably in family law.
• Bilingual (Preferred): Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Strong Legal Skills: Excellent communication, research, and writing abilities.
• Independent & Initiative-Driven: Capable of handling cases and clients independently after an orientation period.
• Client-Focused Approach: Dedicated to delivering outstanding legal representation and client service.
• Team-Oriented: Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail-Oriented & Organized: Ability to multitask and manage a busy caseload effectively.
