We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years experience in family law, but we are open to training the right person.
Duties:- Represent clients in court, and in all aspects of their family law case, from inception to completion. Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery- Conduct legal research and analysis- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients- Advise clients on legal matters. Represent clients at trial.
Requirements:- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school- Admitted to practice law in the state of CA- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

We are casual whenever possible, and we are a tight-knit group--we like to have fun, but we are never out-worked on a case. Salary: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year. Pay is commensurate with experience. Bonus structure available.
