We are looking for a highly experienced Fashion Design and Model Management Director to lead our fashion division and manage top-tier modeling talent. Job Description : The Fashion Design and Model Management Director will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development and management of fashion designers and models. This position requires leadership in fashion show production, talent scouting, sales, and working closely with both models and designers to ensure high-quality presentations and opportunities. Compensation : Pay is based off a percentage of revenue from scouting, bookings, fashion shows, events, and designer programs. High income potential! Key Responsibilities : Main Responsibility : Scout and manage fashion models, ensuring their growth and placement within the industry, as well as booking jobs for models. Lead the planning, creation, and execution of fashion shows, coordinating with designers, venues, and sponsors. Oversee the development and support of fashion designers within the agency, helping them connect with models and fashion show opportunities. Collaborate with casting directors, advertising agencies, and production companies to secure opportunities for models and designers. Manage budgets and timelines for fashion show production and other fashion-related events. Utilize connections with buyers, major fashion shows, designers, manufacturers, distributors, seamstresses, or have the knowledge of where to find them, to support designers and fashion events. Must be strong in sales to drive revenue and secure new opportunities for models and designers. Ensure that all fashion shows and events reflect the values and vision of A-List Models and Talent. Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals, including photographers, stylists, and brands. Qualifications : Proven experience in fashion show production, model management, and designer collaboration. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Knowledge of current fashion trends and industry standards. Must be strong in sales and have a track record of driving revenue. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in event management, fashion design, or related fields is a plus. Reliable transportation.
