**Job Title: Line Cook**
**Hourly Rate:** $17.00 - $23.00hr + Bonuses
**Shift Times:** Varies based on client needs

Austin, TX. If you excel at preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced

**Job Requirements:**
* Minimum 3 months of experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen.
* Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen equipment.
* Ability to follow recipes and instructions while working efficiently under pressure.
* Must have a valid Food Handler Certification.
**Duties & Responsibilities:**
* **Meal Preparation:** Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to client specifications.
* **Cleanliness & Organization:** Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, following all health and safety guidelines.
* **Teamwork:** Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure meals are served in a timely manner.
* **Stock Management:** Monitor and manage ingredient stocks, communicating shortages to management.
