Job Description In order to develop long-term strategic technical business solutions for mid-sized and enterprise companies, CoServe is currently searching for Infrastructure Technicians and Lead Infrastructure Technicians. CoServe's Infrastructure Technicians are responsible for providing on-site support services for clients, including installation, testing, and troubleshooting of voice/data networks, fiber optic cabling systems, VOIP, and wireless systems. Lead Infrastructure Technicians also manage a site and act as the interface to the customer. Requirements: Site management Company interface to the customer Installation, testing, and troubleshooting of voice and data networks Installation of data racks, wire management, and all infrastructure equipment Follow instructions in Work Orders, SOPs, and Run Books Ability to work on overnight cutover projects Familiarity with and adherence to all safety procedures We seek candidates who are accountable, take pride in their work, and desire an environment that fosters skill development and career growth. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
